Meet Amy

Before becoming part of Kyros, Dellwo held the prestigious position of Vice President of Public Policy. Her journey led her through a distinguished 20-year tenure at the Minnesota Department for Human Services (DHS), where she progressively advanced to the role of Chief of Staff overseeing all agency-wide functions. During her time as the Government and External Relations Director, she spearheaded policy development spanning healthcare, economic assistance, child welfare services, aging and adult services, behavioral health, and services for individuals with disabilities. Currently, she wears the hat of President at the Minnesota Association of Resources for Recovery Chemical Health (MARRCH). Her educational accolades include a bachelor’s degree in community health education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a master’s degree in public affairs from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
