Become a Peer Supporter

Peer Supporters are an indispensable part of the recovery landscape in Ohio. If you are over 18, currently have a year or more of sustained SUD recovery, and want to help others who are beginning their own recovery journey, a career as a Peer Supporter might be right for you.

Peer Supporters need to have a high school diploma or GED, complete an approved training course, and pass the Ohio Peer Recovery Supporter Certification Exam.
